If I want to dine before a movie, how long before should I arrive?

We recommend 1 hour prior to your film to arrive, order and comfortably enjoy your meal. You can also use the 'Book A Table' page to book a table directly

I booked tickets online but I didn't get a confirmation email.

After completing the payment, you need to click 'Next' to wrap up your transaction and your tickets to be issued. Failure to do this means your bank has put a pre-authorisation on the funds but they will release this as the transaction has not completed and your tickets have not been issued. 

What can I take into the Cinemas?

Everything we sell besides main meals can be enjoyed in the cinema - Beer/Wine/Spirits/Coffee/Tea, Popcorn, Candy Gelato, cabinet food and Items off our snacks menu. We don't deliver food into cinemas so please give yourself enough time prior to the movie to order your snacks.

Do you sell vouchers?

Yes we do! They work just like a prepaid credit card and can be loaded with anything from $20 upward. These have an expiry period of 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used for anything we sell - Tickets, Dinner, Gelato, Coffee you name it! These can be purchased from the counter in the eatery. Apologies we cannot do these online or over the phone

Do you have parking?

There is plenty of FREE parking alongside the building, including one disability park.

I'm hard of hearing, do you have headphones available?

We don't have headphones, but all our cinemas have an induction loop, this can be picked up by switching a heading aid to the 'T' (Telecoil) setting

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, our entranceway is at ground level and we can remove a couch in the front row of either Cinema 1 or 2 - Cinema 3 is upstairs and only has stairwell access.
